1. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed when items are placed in your shopping bag!
For orders outside the European Union the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We ship orders worldwide. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). We aim to dispatch all our orders within 2-3 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders are generally received within 4-7 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.
4. SHIPPING STATUS
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number, so you will be able to track your parcel and see any updates about the delivery.
We hope you will enjoy every purchase you make at TheKindreds.com, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded.
All items should be returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please therefore use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit of its return.
Simply fill in the returns form delivered with your order. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your refund after we have received your item in good order.
Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return.

We don’t do exchanges:
Every single piece in our collection is an unique item. Therefore it is impossible for us to make a reservation or exchange. We kindly request you to place a new order.
Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations. In the case of placing a new order a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.
We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is fault
6. FAULTY ITEMS
As all of our products are handmade, manufacturing faults do occasionally occur unfortunately. So if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund.
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this case.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) should be obtained when returning any item.
